Tips and tricks for success hiking

Walking is a wonderful hobby for millions of people. It's great exercise and allows you to train in the art of persistence in the wild. The effect is a mind and a healthy body. For, you must be prepared to walk to enjoy. Unprepared hiking is an invitation to disaster.



• Know the environment. Invest in maps of the area. Look at the ground and how far you go every day. Allow someone to take the route that you plan and know the expected arrival and return. Have a backup plan in case nature commits a wild card.

• Protect your feet. This is probably the most important thing you can do when you walk. You must protect your feet from blisters, cuts, water, insects and snakes.

These things can be kept in your backpack and ready to go. All you need is to take some trail mix and water can be the door in minutes.
